(IPF INVESTMENTS): IPF plc's supplementary prospectus - raport 95
The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 29 August 2014 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.
The aforementioned announcement is attached to this current report and informs that IPF plc's supplementary prospectus dated 29 August 2014, relating to IPF plc's 1,000,000,000 euro medium-term note programme has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. The announcement also provides a link to the supplementary prospectus.
