The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical, Inc. informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2015:

Quarterly reports:

- 2014 4Q report – 30 January 2015;

- 2015 1Q report – 15 May 2015;

- 2015 2Q report – 14 August 2015;

- 2015 3Q report – 13 November 2015.

Annual report for 2014 – March 27, 2015.

Any changes of dates for periodic reports will be publish as a current report.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
