The Management Board of Cereal Planet PLC hereby informs, that the Authorised Advising Service Agreement between Top Consulting S.A. seated in Warsaw and Cereal Planet PLC expires on 16.01.2017.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 point no.9 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System -"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
