Zarząd Auto-Spa S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu rocznego za 2017 r, wskazanego w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2018 z dnia 10 stycznia 2018 r. Pierwotny termin publikacji raportu rocznego został określony na dzień 31 maja 2018 r.

Spółka informuje, że raport roczny za 2017 r. zostanie opublikowany w dniu 30 maja 2018 r.

Podstawa prawna:

§ 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

Management Board of Auto-Spa S.A. ("Company") informs about the change in the date of publication of the annual report for 2017, indicated in the current report No. 1/2018 dated 10 January 2018. The original date of publication of the annual report has been defined as at May 31, 2018.

The company informs that the annual report for 2017 will be published on 30 May 2018.
