Kernel Holding S.A. (herein “the Company”) is pleased to announce that as of 18 December 2018, the Company attracted project financing from the European Investment Bank (“EIB”). EIB funding amounting to US$ 250 million will be used by the Company to upgrade the existing oilseed processing plants and construct a new one in Western Ukraine, build inland grain storage facilities and construct grain handling and storage terminal located in the port of Chornomorsk.
