Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 25 January 2016 notifications pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that legal entities controlled by managers of the Kernel group of companies, acquired during 20-22 January 2016 a total of 158,734 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 42.3 PLN per share.
