The Board of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that on July 24, 2017 the Company acceded to the Electronic Information Transfer System (“ESPI”) and to the Electronic Information Base (“EBI”). Starting on the said date, the Company will transfer its information using ESPI and EBI.
Legal basis:
§ 11 Section 1 of the Bylaws for Use of the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI) and § 11 of the Bylaws for Use of EBI.
