Legal basis: Article 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments
IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 14 June 2016 it has been notified by its Management Board member Stefan Schönauer (CFO) on the acquisition on 14 June 2016 of 10,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.004 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 20,040 Euro).
