KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 33

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 16 September 2016 up to and including 22 September 2016 Krka acquired 5,097 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 306,193 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 396,808 representing 1.210% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 401,905 representing 1.226% of all shares issued.
