KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 34

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 23 September 2016 up to and including 29 September 2016 Krka acquired 8,067 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 480,471 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 401,905 representing 1.226% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 409,972 representing 1.250% of all shares issued.
