KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 47

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 December 2016 up to and including 22 December 2016. Krka acquired 14,091 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 731,698 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 December: 2,673 shares at an average weighted price of 52.95 EUR,

- on 19 December: 3,454 shares at an average weighted price of 52.54 EUR,

- on 20 December: 919 shares at an average weighted price of 51.86 EUR,

- on 21 December: 3,523 shares at an average weighted price of 51.40 EUR,

- on 22 December: 3,522 shares at an average weighted price of 51.09 EUR.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 472,656 representing 1.441% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 486,747 representing 1.484% of all shares issued.
