Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (registered seat: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., tax number: 13719069-4-41 company registration No.: 01-10-045428, hereinafter referred to as the company) hereby informs the investors – with reference to the extraordinary announcement published on 08.12.2016 – that EETEK Ltd. owned by the company in 100% closed the sale of ENEFI Polska SP. Zoo with the finanacial structure and manner defined int he respective announcement of the comapny dated 08.12.2015 according to the information of the manager of EETEK Ltd.

The debits of ENEFI Polska Sp. Zoo towards Bank Zachodni and – besides this – the purchase price (48.51 millions PLN) is fully paid by the purchaser on February 26, 2016.
