ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors as

follows about the Romanian affiliate thereof, E-Star CDR srl. (“CDR”) also referring to the

announcement of the Company published today at 11:15 a.m. in relation with the proposal for

agreement (https://www.bet.hu/newkibdata/122851169/Gyergy__11.18..pdf):

The Town informed the Company in the afternoon that its decision-making body discussed

the agreement offer of CDR and judged it unacceptable.

Their proposal includes amongst others signing the termination of the concession agreement

(already terminated by CDR) with mutual consent by 01/09/2017 ignoring the already made

court decisions.

By this, the Company deems that the negotiations of the parties shall not lead to a successful

out of court agreement and hereby informs the Investors that it shall enforce its claim through

the already filed lawsuit.
