Investors that Csaba Soós had filed action in order to annul certain decisions made at the

general meeting held on 08/01/2017

The Metropolitan Court of Justice found the action legally founded today and annulled the

decisions of the general meeting contested (indicated in the annex of the present

announcement and previously announced by the Company).
