Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) informs its reputable investors that the action

initiated at the Metropolitan Court of Justice by shareholder of the Company, Dr. Tibor Botos in

order to revise the decisions made at the General Assembly held on 04/11/2014 was closed at

first instance with the favourable judgement for the Company again.

Company informs its reputable investors that dr. Tibor Botos filed petitions with the Metropolitan

Court for annulment some of the resolutions (37-38/2016(12.30.)) passed at the general

meetings on 30. December 2014.
