ESTAR (EST): Announcement - raport 89

Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors in relation with

the lawsuit proceedings in Romania about the following:

Harghita County Tribunal rejected the action of E-Star CDR filed under file number

793/96/2017 at first instance in which it requested to declare that the council resolution No:

2/2017.01.16 made to amend council resolution No: 243/13.12.2016 is void. (The Town

declared the termination of the concession agreement after more than one year in resolution

No: 2/2017.01.06. due to the expiry of the price authority license by the end of November

2015 in spite of the fact that the agreement had been terminated by E-Star CDR on 4

September 2015.)

The decision may be appealed against after the disclosure of the resolution with explanation.

E-STAR CDR believes in the success of the lawsuit for the compensation of damages filed on

the basis of its own termination and according to the opinion of the company, in case of

winning the lawsuit the above lawsuit shall have little importance.
