ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the

basis of the information received from the Romanian operation about the following:

The Zalau Financial Authority announced the auction to sell the land of the Company in Zalau

for 14 February 2018 at the starting price of EUR 325,000 (EUR 11 per square metre) in spite

of the fact that in addition to their claim being unlawful, the lawsuit on the valuation is also in

progress in which the valuator appointed by the court of justice as well as the valuator invited

by the Company valued the land worth EUR 650,000. The Company shall take the necessary

legal measures against the decision.
