Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that

after discussions with its auditor, it shall increase the capital in E-Star Management Plc. by

contributing its acknowledged receivables against its 100% owned affiliate E-Star

Management Plc. by the amount of HUF 1,830,000 from the amount of HUF 5,000,000 to

HUF 6,830,000 by launching 1,830 pieces of series A dematerialised ordinary shares, in

closed offering, the par value of which is HUF 1.0000, each and the issuing value of which is

HUF 50,000 each. As a result of the above the positions between the two companies shall be

closed within the corporate group.
