Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that the

Company has made the necessary decisions about crediting the employee shares to the

entitled persons about which the account holders have been notified.

Consequently the capital increase of the company implemented by free and closed issue of

employee shares has been closed; the employee shares shall be freely traded with after being

credited and in accordance with the articles of association in the entitled circle (company,

employees, and former employees).

In accordance with the previous information provided, the Company, Csaba Soós, László

Bálint, Attila Gagyi Pálffy and Gábor Dácz provide information that the following employee

shares were distributed to them: Csaba Soós (500,000 pieces), László Bálint (225,000 pieces),

Attila Gagyi Pálffy (225,000 pieces), Gábor Dácz (90,000 pieces).
