(IPF INVESTMENTS): Annual update of IPF plc’s prospectus relating to a EUR 1,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme - raport 15
The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces that on 27 February 2015 International Personal Finance plc (IPF plc), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, made an announcement on the London Stock Exchange.
The announcement is attached to this report and states, among other things, that the annual update of the prospectus relating to IPF plc’s EUR 1,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme has been approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority and was published on 27 February 2015. The attached announcement also provides links to the full prospectus.
