The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“The Issuer”) hereby informs that it read on this day the resolution no 45/2017 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“The Management Board of the WSE”) from 13 January 2017 regarding the determining of the first trading day in the alternative trading system on Catalyst of the U series bearer shares of Work Service S.A.

According to the resolution mentioned above the Management Board of WSE decided as follows:

1) to make 18 January 2017 the first trading day in the alternative trading system on Catalyst for 80,000 (eighty thousand) U series bearer shares of Work Service S.A., with the nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, marked by the National Deposit for Securities S.A. with the code "PLWRKSR00084."

2) trade shares mentioned in section 1) on the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "WSE1018."

Legal basis:

§ 34(1)(3) of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance from 19 February 2009 regarding the current information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a member state.
