The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer"), referring to the arrangements with bondholders, which were reported in the current report No. 90/2018, informs that it has started the sale process of Work Service Czech s.r.o., Work Service Slovakia, s.r.o., Work Service SK s.r.o., Work Service Outsourcing Slovakia s.r.o. ("Foreign Companies").

The sale process of Foreign Companies is conducted in cooperation with the adviser of the Blackwood Capital Group.

The Issuer will inform about the next stages of the sale process of the Foreign Companies by separate current reports.

As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualifying the above-mentioned information as confidential in the meaning of Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.
