GIGROUP (GIG): Buyout of U series bonds - raport 61

Management Board of Work Service S.A. informs that on this day, through the National Depository for Securities in Poland S.A., it made a total early purchase in order to redeem U series bonds ISIN No. – PLWRKSR00084 in the total nominal value of PLN 80,000,000. According to the above, the National Depository for Securities in Poland S.A. has deregistered the purchased securities from the parties’ accounts.

Legal basis:

Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR (European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and revoking Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC).
