MILESTONE (MMD): The change in the position of Chief Executive Officer - raport 13
The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (the „Company”, the „Issuer”) announces that the Board of Directors on October 5, 2017 adopted the resolution on the appointment of Mrs. Leslie Bernhard for the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer to serve in such role until the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer. The appointment of Mrs. Bernhard becomes effective as of October 5, 2017. Daniel Goldberger, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer, resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer effective as of the end of the day of October 2, 2017.
According to the best knowledge of the Board of Directors of Issuer, Mrs. Leslie Bernhard does not perform the activities outside the Issuer, where such activities are significant for the Issuer.
Moreover, according to the best knowledge of the Board of Directors of Issuer, Mrs. Leslie Bernhard:
- is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership or commercial law company
- is not a member of a body of competitive a joint-stock company
- is not a member of a body of any competitive legal person
- has no record in the register of insolvent debtors.
The personal form of Mrs. Leslie Bernhard has been attached to this report.
