The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer”) informs about the change in the date of the Company’s publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2018, consisting in transfer of the originally set date of September 14, 2018 (indicated in current report no 1/2018) on a later date, i.e. October 1, 2018.

In connection with the above, the publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2018 will take place on October 1, 2018.

§ 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), in connection with art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 512, as amended)
