INNOCOMM (ICM): Change of the reporting date of Annual Report - raport 11

The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs that the date of publication of Annual Report for year 2011 was changed. The Annual Report for the calendar year 2011 will be published on 11 June 2012 instead of 21 May 2012, as announced previously in EBI report 2/2012 as of 31 March 2012.

Other dates of publication of periodic reports in year 2012 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
