CITYSERV (CTS): City Service acquires residential facility management company SIA Latvijas Namsaimnieks - raport 14

City Service SE continues expansion of residential facility management business in Latvia. City Service, through a subsidiary active in Latvian market, has acquired SIA Latvijas Namsaimnieks. Latvijas Namsaimnieks manages 47.000 sq. m. of residential facilities in capital city Riga.

For City Service SE this is the second acquisition in Latvia this year. In October, SIA Latio Namsaimnieks was acquired, growing City Service’s residential management business in Latvia by 100%. According to Jonas Janukėnas, CEO of City Service SE, these acquisitions allow the Company gain more recognition in the market and support Latvia’s residential facility market consolidation effort.

Area of residential facilities under management of City Service SE companies in Latvia will grow to 619.000 sq. meters after current acquisition. Area of commercial facilities under management of City Service SE is 914.000 sq. meters.

City Service SE is an international holding, active in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain and St. Petersburg. The Company provides integrated utility services to 41.3 million sq. meters of building area.

The Company engages in facility management process administration, engineering systems maintenance and repairs, energy resources management and renovation, buildings’ technical and energetic auditing, territory maintenance and cleaning and provides security services. Consolidated revenue of City Service SE was EUR 167.2 million in 2015.
