To the Board of Directors elected Bertil von Goetz.

Professional experiences:

Working as international business-lawyer in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Paris.

2005 and still Consultant, Volvo AB, Central Europe East and Far East

2011- Anderslöv, own law firm

I am back in Sweden and have my own lawfirm.

1997-2011 Warsaw and Kodzko, Consultant I moved to Poland also to take care of some properties that have belonged to my family for many centuries and also work as a consultant for Volvo AB.
