Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following:
On 05.09.2017, upon request of the issuer, CB Investbank AD in the capacity of а trustee on the corporate bonds issued by ICPD ADSIC with ISIN code BG2100019079, has submitted for publication in the Commercial Register an invitation for convocation of a general meeting of the Company’s bondholders of the above-cited bond issue, scheduled for 25.09.2017.
Hereby to the present notification it is enclosed a copy of the invitation, submitted for publication in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency.
