The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on 28 June 2016 concluded with Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. (“Brokerage House”) the Agreement, the subject of which is to performance by Brokerage House as Market Maker on Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (The Stock Exchange) for the shares of the Issuer, in accordance with regulations in force, as well as By-laws and regulations issued by The Stock Exchange.

Legal basis:

1. Article 56(1)(1) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended)
