TROPHYRES (TPR): Consolidated and individual quarterly report for Q4 2015 - raport 9
The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. („the Company”) publishes the consolidated and individual quarterly report for Q4 2015.
Due to the failure of data prepared by an external accounting firm, the report is not complete and does not contain information on changes in capital and cash flow. The presented data relate to the period from 1 January to 31 December 2015., there is no separate data for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2015. The report will be supplemented with all missing data soon, immediately as the Company gets in the possession of the necessary information from its bookkeeper.
Legal basis: § 5, subparagraph 1 of the Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
