MILESTONE (MMD): Appointment of an entity authorised to audit financial statements for the year 2018 - raport 10

The Board Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that on May 30, 2018 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the resolution on the approval and ratification of Friedman LLP as an entity authorised to audit consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2018. Friedman LLP was approved and recommended as independent auditor by the Audit Committee of the Board.
