The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer”) informs that its received from the shareholder – WorkSource Investments S.a.r.l. additional information about the members of the Supervisory Board appointed by WorkSource Investments S.a.r.l.:

1.Mr Pierre Mellinger;

2.Mr John Leone;

In fulfilment of the information obligations arising from § 28 of the Ordinance of the Finance Minister of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information (...) the Issuer announces the following:

Mr. Pierre Mellinger – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Mellinger is a founder and Managing Director of ForeVest Capital Partners. Formerly, he was a CEO in PineBridge Investments (Central Europe), a private equity global fund. Mr Mellinger established the PineBridge Investments branch in Poland in 1998 and since that time he was responsible for private equity activity in the region of Central-Eastern Europe. He has more than 35 years of experience in the scope of investments, finances and management, including more than 20 years of experience in the private equity. Formerly, he was also a Director of the Financial Institutions Panel in the EBRD in London, a Managing Director in the Sovac Bank, a Director in the French Ministry of Finance in Paris and in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New York.

Currently, he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the companies: Work Service S.A., Brokerage House TMS Brokers S.A., Promedica Care Sp z o.o., EasyPack Sp. z o.o., Małpka S.A., DCS Digital Cable Systems in Romania.

Mr. John Leone – Member of the Supervisory Board

John Leone is a member of the Supervisory Board of Małpka S.A..

Legal basis:

§ 5 sec. 1 point 22 and § 28 of Ordinance of the Finance Minister of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
