The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) herewith publishes the contents of the resolutions subject to voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on February 26, 2019. Resolution no 1/2019, Resolution no 2/2019 and Resolution no 7/2019 were adopted. Resolutions no 3/2019 – 6/2019 were not adopted.
