ESTAR (EST): Announcement - raport 12

ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the

basis of the information received from the Romanian operation about the following:

The Romanian court of justice rejected the action of the Company at first instance in which

the Company requested to state that the Financial Authority lost its right to collect all the

claims in the order of the Tax Authority in the case of which it had failed to register in the

bankruptcy proceedings and therefore it rejected the request of the Company to suspend the

orders of the Tax Authority for collection. The resolution has not been explained yet. It may

be appealed against within 10 days of announcement.

The Zalau Financial Authority announced the auction to sell the land of the Company in Zalau

for 14* February 2018 which it had failed to do until the end of the lawsuit the subject of

which was to determine the price of the real estate.

In relation with the criminal case previously initiated by the Financial Authority but closed by

the Public Prosecutor's Department in the lack of criminal offence, the T"rgu Mures Court of

Justice rejected the objection of the Financial Authority against the resolution of the T"rgu

Mures Public Prosecutor’s Department closing the inspection.
