The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (WAR: MMD, “the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2017:

Consolidated quarterly reports:

- 2016 4Q report – 14 February 2017;

- 2017 1Q report – 15 May 2017;

- 2017 2Q report – 14 August 2017;

- 2017 3Q report – 14 November 2017.

Annual report for 2016 – March 30 2017.

Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
