GIGROUP (GIG): Delayed public disclosure of the inside information relating to conducting negotiations regarding the sale of shares in Exact Systems S.A. - raport 8

Pursuant to Art. 17 par. 1 and 4 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596/2014 dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the “MAR”), the Management Board of Work Service S.A. (the “Company”), discloses the following inside information whose public disclosure was delayed by the Company on 11 August 2017 pursuant to Art. 17 par. 4 of the MAR:

On 11 August 2017, the Company has started the process of negotiations with the interested investor regarding the sale by Work Service S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław 7.600.000 (in words: seven million six hundred thousand) shares of the subsidiary company Exact Systems S.A. based in Częstochowa.

As a result of the conducted analysis, the Issuer has decided that it is justified to qualify the said information as inside information in the meaning of Art. 17 par. 1 of the MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
