Board Change

International Personal Finance plc today announces that, following the conclusion of a consultation process, David Broadbent, Chief Commercial Officer, resigned from the Board on 23 February 2016 and will leave the Company on 7 March 2016 by reason of redundancy. The redundancy has arisen following a review of the cost base of the Company’s Head Office as part of a broader collective consultation.

David Broadbent has been a director of the Company since July 2007, following the demerger from Provident Financial Group plc that he joined in August 1999. The Board extends its thanks to him for his valued contribution during this time.

Commenting on the changes, Gerard Ryan, Chief Executive Officer, said: “Dave has given great service to the business over the last 16 years. I would like to thank him for everything that he has done in that time and wish him well for the future”.
