GIGROUP (GIG): Establishment of additional security interests to the credit agreement concluded by the Issuer - raport 16

The Management Board of WORK SERVICE S.A. ("Issuer") hereby informs about the conclusion of the pledge agreement between the Issuer's subsidiary - Work Service SPV Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Subsidiary") and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., Bank Millenium S.A., Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. as lenders ("Lenders") on establishing additional security interests required for the credit agreement concluded by the Issuer as borrower on 18 November 2015, the conclusion of which the Issuer informed by the current report no. 43/2015 dated 19 November 2015 ("Credit Agreement"). The subject of a pledge consists of shares in Work Service Gmbh & Co.KG (i.e. 51 % of shares currently held in the Work Service Gmbh & Co.KG company and acquired by the Subsidiary but which have not yet been registered by the competent court, 23 % of shares in the Work Service Gmbh & Co.KG.).

As a result of conducted analysis, the Issuer decided that it is justified to qualify the above-mentioned information as confidential information according to Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR subject to the publication in form of this report.
