GIGROUP (GIG): Establishment of registered pledge on the rights arising from bank accounts - raport 30

In reference to the current report No. 10/2017 of 31 January 2017, the Management Board of Work Service S.A. (The "Issuer" or the "Company") informs about the establishment on this day of registered pledges on the rights arising from bank accounts owned by the Issuer's subsidiaries, i.e. "Antal" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Antal") and "Finance Care" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Finance Care"). Registered pledges were established up to the maximum security amount of PLN 277,500,000.00.

Registered pledges were established by the competent court which made entry in the register of pledges in accordance with the provisions of 20 March 2017. Entries in the Pledge Register were made under the numbers: 2525598, 2525599, 2525600.

Establishment of registered pledges on the above-mentioned rights arising from bank accounts held by Antal and Finance Care have been made on the basis of the Agreements on registered pledge and financial pledges concluded on 30 January 2017 between Antal and Finance Care, as pledgers, and BANK BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. ("Pledgee 1" or "Agent"), Bank Millennium S.A. ("Pledgee 2"), BANK ZACHODNI WBK S.A. ("Pledgee 3") and RAIFFEISEN BANK POLSKA S.A., ("Pledgee 4"), hereinafter together referred to as "Lenders", and the Agent, as the administrator of the registered pledges in order to secure payment of sums of money resulting from the Credit Line Agreement, the conclusion of which the Issuer announced in the current report number 43/2015 of 19 November 2015.

As a result of conducted analysis, the Issuer decided that it is justified to qualify the above-mentioned information as confidential information according to Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR subject to the publication in form of this report.
