The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that it has received today, pursuant to the Art. 69 sec. 1 point 1) of the Act of 29 July 2015 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Polish Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended), a notification of 6 June 2017 from the Company JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. with its registered office in Wilmington, USA, being the parent company of the following companies: (i) JPMorgan Asset Management International Limited, (ii) JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited, (iii) JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited; including information (in English) on the exceeding on 1 June 2017 of 5% of share of the total number of votes on the meeting of shareholders of the Company as a result of the purchase of 3,593,968 shares of the Company which represent 5.52% of the share capital of the Company, which entitles to 3,593,968 votes which constitute 5.52% of the total amount of votes on the meeting of shareholders of the Company by JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited.
