The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs about receiving information on the adoption of the resolution no 36/2017 by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“Stock Exchange”) dated on 11 January 2017, according to which the Management Board of Stock Exchange decided to exclude from the alternative trading system on Catalyst R-series bearer bonds of Work Service S.A. on 16 January 2017, in connection with the early redemption of bonds.

§34(1) 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
