On July 9, 2018, Gorenje, d. d., received from the company Conseq Investment Management, a.s., from Prague, a notification that the investment funds under its management accepted the takeover offer by the company Hisense Luxembourg Holding S.a r.l., Luxembourg, and have on such basis disposed all of their shares of the company Gorenje, d. d.
