PLANETINN (PIG): Harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w 2019 r. // Timetable for publication of interim reports in 2019 - raport 1

Zarząd spółki Planet Innovation Group S.A. (dalej: „Emitent”) z siedzibą w Rzeszowie podaje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2019 roku.

a) Raporty kwartalne

- raport okresowy za IV kwartał 2018 r. – 14 lutego 2019 r.

- raport okresowy za I kwartał 2019 r. – 15 maja 2019 r.

- raport okresowy za II kwartał 2019 r. – 14 sierpnia 2019 r.

- raport okresowy za III kwartał 2019 r. – 14 listopada 2019 r.

b) Roczny za 2018 rok - 31 maja 2019 r.

Ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

Podstawa prawna: §6 ust.14.1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Board of Planet Innovation Group SA („Issuer”) seated in Rzeszów announces the schedule of submission of periodic reports in 2018.

a) Quarterly reports

– Report for the fourth quarter of 2018 of 14th February 2019,

– Report for the first quarter of 2019 on 15th May 2019,

– Report for the second quarter of 2019 on 14th August 2019,

– Report for the third quarter of 2019 of 14th November 2019,

b) Report for the year 2018 will be published on 31st May 2019.

Any change to the dates of submitting periodic reports will be announced in a current report in accordance with the provisions of the ASO Rules.

Legal basis:

§ 6 p. 14.1 Annex No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System „Current and periodic information submitted in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.”
