TROPHYRES (TPR): Incidental breach of the reporting obligation - raport 4

The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“the Company”) informs about an incidental breach of the reporting obligation set out in Good Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies.

The Company has not reported within the deadline provided by the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”) about change of composition of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

The main reason for the delay of publishing the information was the need to obtain the information that is required rules of appointed persons.

Legal basis: s. 16a. of the Appendix to Resolution No. 293/2010 of the the Board of Directors of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 31 March 2010 - "Good Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies".
