TROPHYRES (TPR): Incidental breach of the reporting obligation - raport 13

The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“the Company”) informs about an incidental breach of the reporting obligation set out in Good Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies.

The Company has properly reported the change of the composition of the Bodies of the Company and provided personal data in time. The Company has not reported separate additional report with CVs within the deadline provided by the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”), because the obtaining of all the information required more time on the appointed persons.

Legal basis: s. 16a. of the Appendix to Resolution No. 293/2010 of the the Board of Directors of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 31 March 2010 - "Good Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies".
