MILESTONE (MMD): Incidental violation of Section 16a of Best Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect - raport 19

In connection with Section 16a of “Best Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect”, the Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (the "Company", “The Issuer”) informs about incidental violation of information duty specified in Section 4.2 point 7) and 9) and in Section 3.1 point 7 and 11 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market". The violation relates to delay in submission of the reports of the EBI number 16/2016, 17/2016 and 18/2016 in terms of resolutions adopted by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 25, 2016 (including appointment of Directors to the Board for new term of office and appointment of an entity authorized to audit financial statements for the year 2016).

The reason of delay in publishing the reports was unintended omission made by the Company. The company released the reports immediately after the disclosure of mistakes. In view of the situation, the Company declares further reliable and accurate fulfillment of disclosure obligations.The Board of Directors of the Company will provide necessary actions to ensure that such case will not happen again in the future.
