Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 22nd January 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 5th November 2015 he acquired 97 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares issued by Banco Santander S.A. at par value in a capital increase charged to reserves.
