Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 22nd March 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 18th March 2016 he acquired 14,734 shares of the Bank – shares have been granted under the fifth cycle of the deferred and conditional variable remuneration plan.
