SANTANDER (SAN): Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person - raport 43

Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 28th June 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 24th June 2016 he purchased 10,000 shares of the Bank at 3.43 euro per share. The purchase of these shares in the London Stock Exchange has been done at a price of 2.77 GBP per share. The price of 3.43 EUR per share has been calculated using the official exchange rate of 24th June 2016: 1 euro/ 0.8075 GBP (European Central Bank).
